The Seine-Saint-Denis, a strategic zone for the Paris 2024 Games

With the Olympic Games just around the corner, the Seine-Saint-Denis département is putting the finishing touches to its preparations. The department will be hosting a number of events and will have a variety of infrastructures at its disposal.

On the sporting front, the climbing and swimming events will take place at the Bourget Sport Climbing Venue, served by metro line 7 and connected to bus 609, and at the Aquatics Center, served by RER line D and line 14.

Seine-Saint-Denis will also host the International Broadcast Center, located at the Parc des Expositions Paris le Bourget and served by metro line 7 and bus 152. The Media Village will be located in Dugny, 3 km from the IBC, an 8-minute drive away. Finally, the Olympic Village will welcome the athletes in Saint-Ouen, accessible by RER B and bus 139.
The Organizing Committee has talked about setting up a shuttle bus system to travel between the various venues, but the transport plan has not yet been finalized.

VPI has been working for over 2 years to secure logistical solutions for transport and accommodation for accredited populations at the Paris 24 Games.
