In 2018, VPI was responsible for a fleet of more than 150 vehicles managed across Russia for 8 weeks

VPI managed the logistics of around twenty official media and partner agencies before and during the entire competition across Russia. Our transport team has deployed a complete system on behalf of its customers before and during the event:

  • Sourcing and contracting of transport partners in competition cities
  • Vehicle inspection and driver training
  • Management of accreditations and writing of instruction manuals
  • Recruitment and training of parking/airport coordinators
  • Animation of the dispatching cell in French/English/Russian
  • Purchasing/customer/supplier invoicing
