2021 – LET THE GAMES RESUME

For the fifth time since their creation in 1931, the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships will be held in France.

Fourteen years after Val d’Isère, Courchevel and Méribel will have the honour of hosting the various competitions, between February 6 and 19, 2023. This will be an opportunity for the skiers in the competition to reconnect with the fervour of the public after the last edition in Cortina d’Ampezzo was cut short by the coronavirus epidemic (the finals had to be cancelled).

French medal hopefuls Mathieu Faivre, Alexis Pinturault, Tessa Worley and Mario Rolland are among those who come to mind. Since the winter of 2022, VPI has been working hard to identify all possible types of accommodation, from hotels to private chalets, tourist residences, guest houses and furnished accommodation – both in the two resorts and in the valley.

Our team will be on site at the end of January to finalise the details to ensure that our guests have an excellent stay.
