The 9th edition of the Women’s World Cup will take place in Australia and New Zealand from July 20 to August 20, 2023 and will bring together 32 national teams. The Olympic Park in Sydney will host the IBC for the duration of the competition.

The Australian cities of Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and the New Zealand cities of Auckland, Hamilton, Wellington and Dunedin will host all matches for the competition.

During the reconnaissance phases, VPI saw the consequences of the long lockdown in Australia and New Zealand. In particular, the passenger transport market has been strongly impacted, and many companies have closed their doors or reduced their fleet of vehicles and drivers.
